Do Not Eat at Luby's for Thanksgiving

I can't believe Luby's served processed turkey for Thanksgiving. I think for $10 I could have had a slice of turkey breast instead of lunchmeat. I swear every year that I am not going to go anywhere I have to eat a lousy restaurant meal, but every year something comes up and it's Luby's, Cracker Barrel or some other horrible place that tastes OK the rest of the year.

Bill thinks I am faking

I have been happy for over a month now. Bill thinks it is an act and he wants to know when I will be normal again. He actually accused me of pretending to be happy for him, since we only see each other on weekends.

I am at Java Jacks right now. I was slaving away upstairs working on my homework for school (there are plugs upstairs) and these two women and their two pre-school brats come upstairs and sit at the table next to me. I am a damn baby magnet. It doesn't matter where we go, I get stuck next to these snotty, nasty kids and their stupid parents. Did they not notice that it was quiet up here and we were all working on laptops and homework or reading? Selfish mothers. Coffee shops are not kid friendly.

Guitar Hero III Rocks

Quick update (Since I have been bad):
I quit the soap company and am now happily unemployed (again)
Bill got a great job, so I don't HAVE to work.
I am in school again, not art, but special education. I can do this part-time and it will take a year to get certified.

I beat freebird and I am stuck on song 23 of expert. I love my playstation.

I actually went and tried on wedding dresses and I survived.

FREEBIRD!

I went to the blueberry festival today even though I swore that last year would be my last. I went with a friend from work who had never had the blueberry pancakes even though she is a B.I.N. (born in Nacogdoches) She has her own band so I stayed and watched them perform. They were really good. After the show, I got my traditional meat on a stick, pork this year, and a Dr. Pepper. I decided not to partake of all of the wonderful treats and went home early.

Bill is back in New Caney. He is almost finished. One more week.

Katie will be coming soon. I can't wait. She is actually coming to help us with our projects. I will have a studio at last. I hope she is still speaking to me when all is done. I think we will have a blast.

I am stuck on Freebird. It is the last song to beat the hard level of guitar hero and win a new guitar. I am so sick of playing that stupid song. I get 90% of the way through and then I die. tragic really.

Okay I will

I am still selling soap. I have now sold about $150,000 since November. Isn't that obscene. I have even been chosen employee of the month. (I feel like such a sell out) The MAN likes me this time. Even worse, I am being invited to interview for a Co-manager posistion. This company recognizes a tiny bit of my potential. Weird, considering how I usually do in corporate environments.

The California thing finally got taken care of. Bill is in New Caney (Nasty place) doing his internship. I hope he will finally get a job and finish his schooling.

I have two dogs. The first dog, Pepsi, was a stray we adopted. She learned to stay in the yard with the help of a wireless fence and keeps me company when it gets too dark at night. Pepsi decided that I just wasn't fun enough and adopted her own puppy. I came home from work a few weeks ago and was mauled by a muddy wet pitbull puppy. Fresca and Pepsi play all day and all night. They make me not want children. They follow me every where, fight for my attention and poop and pee. I can't believe Bill isn't coming home this weekend to take them off my hands.

I am not doing any art because I haven't felt like it. My back got worse in February and I take it easy so it will not be aggravated. Life goes on.

158th Post

The California Project is still not complete. I have redone things, I have sent new forms, I have sent my bank statements. Now they want a copy of my utility bill. Enough. I have been working with the current company since August 20 something. They promised it would be taken care of in 30 to 45 days. Obviously this hasn't happened.
